Tansui Sushi

Inspired by my love for sushi and a brief stint as a server at a sushi restaurant, I wanted to create a menu of my own. The Japanese approach to cooking is minimalistic. I infused minimalism with my own flair for color to create these designs. Each menu/drink item was thoroughly researched. Each wine pairs well with a certain kind of fish, making this menu even more authentic.

Tansui means freshwater in Japanese.
